Refund and Returns Policy

At Kids and Bag Store, we strive to provide you with delightful shopping experiences. If you happen to receive damaged or incorrect products, we offer the option of replacement or return.

For exchanges or returns, please drop us an email at kidsandbagstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, including your order number, exchange details, and an image of the purchased product. All exchanges must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

The replacement will be dispatched within 7-10 working days at no additional cost once we receive the package. If the packaging is damaged before opening, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.

In the case of a refund, Kids and Bag Store will initiate the process upon receiving the product in untampered condition. If you receive an empty package, notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will issue Kids and Bag Store Credits or Razorpay refund as per your preference.

Please note that ceramics and glasses are non-refundable, and return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable, and specific products (socks, eye masks, cosmetics, steel straws, face masks, soaps, etc.) related to personal hygiene cannot be returned, as mentioned on the product page.

Orders placed during a sale are non-returnable. For missing, damaged, or broken items, please send an unboxing video within 48 hours for consideration. If the requested exchange products are unavailable, we will refund the amount.

Refund deductions for freight are as follows:

  • Order value 0-499: Rs. 60
  • Order value 500-999: Rs. 130
  • Order value 1000-2000: Rs. 200
  • Order value above 2000: 10% of order value

Note 1: For unsatisfactory product quality, customers can have the product replaced or refunded. However, the customer must self-ship the product, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Note 2: Be cautious of fraudulent calls claiming lucky draw contests. We never call for such activities. Do not share OTP/account details or transfer money to anyone offering vouchers/lucky draw prizes. Report such calls to local authorities or the online FTC complaint assistant.

Product images on the website may slightly differ from the delivered product in terms of shade and color. Little Things Cute takes no responsibility for damages during usage. Queries can be emailed beforehand. Damage after use is the customer’s sole responsibility. For clearance product exchanges or refunds, contact us upon delivery.

Please note that shipping charges applied will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How to cancel an order on kidsandbagstore.com:

If you need to cancel an order, do so within 24 hours of placing it. Email us at hello@kidsandbagstore.com with your order number in the subject line.

If you wish to cancel the order after dispatch, refuse to accept it and inform us via email. Shipping charges applied after dispatch will not be refunded.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective products (paid or COD orders). The shipping charge of Rs. 75/actuals (where applicable) will not be refunded. For online paid orders, the refund goes back to the same bank account used. For COD orders, customer bank account details are required, and the refund is credited within 7-10 working days from order cancellation.
